The actual amount, costs, term, vehicle use, settlement method, default responsibilities and other conditions are governed only by the formal contract explained before processing and signed by the relevant parties.

Customer Responsibilities

• Do not impersonate another person or submit forged, expired or misleading documents.
• Read and confirm the formal contract before signing.
• Comply with the responsibilities relating to vehicle use, payment and settlement stated in the formal contract.

Use of the Website

You must not unlawfully interfere with the website, copy branded content, distribute malicious software or use the website for fraud. We may update website content and eligibility information, or suspend certain features, at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flexi Auto is not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on general website information, interruptions to third-party platforms, network issues or incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by a customer.
