• Once eligible and all procedures are completed, the registered owner may generally continue using the vehicle, subject to the formal contract.

Basic Eligibility

The vehicle generally must be fully paid, free from an existing bank loan, no more than 15 years old and valued at RM12,000 or above. The application must be made by the registered owner. Every vehicle is assessed individually based on its model, year, condition and market value.
